The hotel's position was peaceful and brilliant, on Downs overlooking race course. The folks working here were competent and immensely pleasant. We lived in the double room with comfortable beds and a great view.

lovely modern, tidy hotel, every detail here was really good. we stayed in standard room with spectacular views. they provided a rich and good hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, veggie sausage and fabulous-food. the staff were incredibly helpful and very efficient and the location was ideal right on the race course.

Excellent place with great amenities like free parking, Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me return documents I accidentally left. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

We used the hotel as a stopover to visit Hampton Court. The hotel is located very rural at a racetrack, it offers many free parking spaces and a lot of comfort (comfortable beds, clean bathroom etc.). Breakfast was good and staff is very friendly.

Warm welcome from the staff who were keen to help when it came to finding out about the next door pub that does good food.

The hotel is in a charming spot with great views over the racetrack, and the staff were impressively friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but a bit small for our family. It was unfortunate that room service was absent after a long journey, but the breakfast was a good highlight.

Friendly staff, clean room, parking directly in front of the hotel, clean air, quiet location.
Lousy breakfast: industrial scrambled eggs, no vegetables, no cheese, sticky toast, little choice, the same every morning.

The location was exceellent for visiting my daughter who is a student in Epsom.All the staff were very helpfull.
The coffee at breakfast was bland-if you offered cafetiere it would be better.
